No refund or carryforward will be applicable if students are unable to utilize certain services due to their personal circumstances /or choices or any other reason. There will be no refund:

• If a student leaves the school in the middle of the term.

• In case a student does not attend any slot or discontinues the classes.

• if a student gets injured during the term and misses school or specific slots.

• For absenteeism, injuries, disciplinary action including detention, community service, classes not running due to rain, events, field trips, nature camps, assessments, examinations etc. 

No refund or carryforward will be applicable for temporary interruption of the services which includes any / all situations defined under the following force majeure clauses:

• an act of war (whether declared or not), hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemies, terrorism or civil disorder;

• an act of God such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, floods etc);

• Lockdowns or any other form of closures by government authorities for any reason.

• Contamination by radio-activity  from any nuclear fuel, or any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;

• Riot, commotions, strikes, lock downs etc.
